With reliability in the Saxo better, the engine had a re-build to regain the engines power and strength and it made a difference, big thank you particularly to Nick, Jonny and all at Merlin Motorsport.
Oli Qualified 4th for both race 1 and race 2 and for both races, the qualifying was less than 100th/sec of 2nd for qualifying.
Race 1 after a great drive finished in 2nd place and bagging fastest lap… things are looking up!
Race 2, Oli had a great drive again and got into 2nd place earlier in the race and had a great race challenging the eventual winner (Katie Milner) all the way through.
The qualifying and both drives earned Oli “Driver of the weekend” for his driving and racing at Croft.
